New Legal Representation and Progress<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The good news is that we have now officially changed lawyers for our land issues! We struggled with our original lawyers\u2014who won our first case and gave us the go-ahead to start building the new baby home\u2014as things went downhill from there and we suspected their loyalties were no longer with us. While we do not yet have a new court date, we know we will finally see progress in our land situation with our new legal team. We are so grateful to our son, Luke, for stepping in and assisting us with this transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming Baby Ezra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
On the 4th, baby Ezra arrived unexpectedly! Robyn had told social welfare that we were completely full and could not take in any more babies, but they and the police were in such desperate need of an emergency placement that they simply arrived at the home with a two-week-old baby boy, hoping we would help. Recognizing that God wanted him here with us, baby number nine joined our family! He is a big, healthy baby boy who is now six weeks old and full of smiles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Staff and Family Milestones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Lily put her CV out and successfully secured a position as an intern assistant teacher at Montessori Primary School, where our boys Joshua and Jos\u00e9 are both teachers. She is over the moon with this position and so grateful for the opportunity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, because Dominique now has a full-time job, she is unable to continue handling our accounts. A wonderful new lady, Judy Armstrong, has stepped forward to help keep our books up to date and in order. We are so grateful for her help\u2014welcome on board, Judy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing Up Fast<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Our most exciting news of the month is that on the 11th, our little miracle boy, Peter, took his very first steps! He is so proud of himself and is learning to run so he can keep up with his twin brother, John, who is very active. The twins will turn three years old in November. They are amazing and have come such a long way since the day they arrived at ABC in February 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the 27th, Cade celebrated his 4th birthday! He was surprised by his uncles Joey and Angus, who pitched up with gifts and enjoyed cake with us. We feel so privileged to watch him grow and to share all this precious time with him.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We stand amazed at God\u2019s provision for the home this month. What an incredible abundance of blessings we have received! We deeply appreciate each and every one of you who helps us, prays for us, and encourages us to keep going. THANK YOU<\/strong> for standing with ABC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our New Lawyers & Land Case:<\/strong> Please pray for our new lawyers and for swift progress on the land court case, allowing us to return and complete building our new permanent baby home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Keturah’s Exams:<\/strong> Please keep Keturah in your prayers as she starts her final school exams in October.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
John & Peter’s Future:<\/strong> Please pray for a new permanent children’s home for John and Peter, as they turn three in November and will need to transition to a more permanent home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strength & Health:<\/strong> Please continue to lift us and our staff up in prayer for health and strength to keep on keeping on as we care for these little ones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
